The Edward A. Williamson Law Firm is currently conducting litigation in various geographical locations throughout the state of Mississippi in both federal and state courts, while continuing to promote the rights of all citizens to full access of the court’s legal services.

CURRENT LITIGATION

The Edward A. Williamson Law Firm is currently pursuing the rights of clients injured by hormone replacement therapy (HRT), primarily Prempro, in the federal courts of Mississippi and Arkansas. Numerous studies have linked HRT to causing an increased risk of breast cancer among users, and our firm has been active in supporting this litigation nationwide, since its early stages, through service on the Plaintiff's Governing Committee for the Prempro Multi- District Litigation (MDL) 1507. The firm is also pursuing litigation against a variety of manufacturers of drugs which contained the stroke producing chemical phenylpropanolamine (PPA) in Mississippi and in the MDL in Seattle, WA. Additionally, the firm is involved in a variety of birth trauma, neurological and internal medicine, medical malpractice cases throughout the state of Mississippi. Theses cases involved such extreme and profound injuries as permanent brain injury, physical incapacity, death, permanent physical impairment and life threatening cancers.

The Edward A. Williamson law firm is currently consulting potential clients regarding injuries resulting from the following pharmaceutical drugs: Zyprexa, Seroquel, Ortho Evra contraceptive patch, Fosamax, Trasylol and other dangerous pharmaceutical drugs.

The Edward A.
