Ms. McCarty, J.D.

Ms. McCarty's career in Healthcare Law and Risk Management began in 1988 when, as an attorney for McCullough Campbell & Lane she handled insurance coverage and medical malpractice disputes on behalf of London Insurers. She practiced insurance coverage ligigation against Fortune 100 and 500 companies at Gleason, McGuire and Shreffler from 1993-1994 and was recruited to a national insurance brokerage firm to handle large healthcare accounts with a focus on policy analysis and insurance dispute resolution. Ms. McCarty received a B.A. from Valparaiso University, Valparaiso, Indiana and a J.D. from DePaul University College of Law, Chicago. She is curently a Masters of Divinity Candidate at the University of Chicago Divinity School.
