Swati Ayyagari, J.D.

Ms. Ayyagari currently serves as the Manager of Corporate Compliance at Rush-Presbyterian-St. Luke’s Medical Center in Chicago, Illinois. In her capacity as Corporate Compliance Manager, Ms. Ayyagari assists various departments throughout the Medical Center in achieving and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements either through Corporate Compliance Program development, policy creation or revision. Her duties include researching and rendering advice in areas such as fraud and abuse, federal and state self-referral laws, Medicare and Medicaid regulatory compliance, corporate compliance plans, responding to government investigations, qui tam defense, health care reimbursement,pPhysician practices, employment law, and HIPAA. Ms. Ayyagari received a B.S. from the University of Illinois, Champaign-Urbana, and a J.D. and a Certificate in Health Law from DePaul University College of Law, Chicago.
