Bob founded the firm in The Woodlands, Texas in 1984. He represents clients in family law, business, and real estate matters.
In 2006 he was given the honor of being selected as one of Houston, Texas Top Family Lawyers and in 2007 he was selected as one of "Houston's Top Lawyers for the People" by H Texas Magazine. He is a member of the Montgomery County Bar Association, State Bar of Texas, and is a Regional Attorney of the Texas Municipal Police Association.
Prior to becoming an attorney, Bob Kalish earned a Masters Degree in Psychology and was the director of a program for disabled children. His work with the children and families remains with him as a defining experience in his life.
Bob grew up on Long Island in New York. He has lived in Texas since 1972 and in the Houston area since 1981. He graduated from South Texas College of Law in 1983.
When he established the firm his goal was to create a law firm that would deal professionally, competently and respectfully with legal situations, while maintaining a pleasant and comfortable atmosphere for the clients. Today, over 20 years later, that philosophy is evident in the day-to-day operations of the firm.
