Experience
William concentrates his practice in all areas of civil litigation. He has tried cases to conclusion in the Magistrate, State, and Superior Courts in Georgia. William has spoken at numerous civic organizations, churches, clubs, radio talk shows and continues to be active in the claimants bar.
Since graduating from law school in 1984, William has tried cases in the areas of wrongful death, premises liability, motor vehicle, worker’s compensation, commercial collections and trucking cases. He has also been successful in arguments before the Superior Courts and the Georgia Court of Appeals.
