» Daniel J. Callahan to Appear as a Guest Speaker on Entrepreneur Radio

Callahan & Blaine is proud to announce that Daniel J. Callahan will be a guest speaker on Entrepreneur Magazine's radio show, "Entrepreneur Radio." It will air from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Pacific Time in October on Friday, the 10^th and Friday, the 17^th.

Mr. Callahan will be speaking on Unfair Business Practice Act, commonly referred to as the "Unfair Competition Law" at 11:40 a.m. According to Callahan, "The unfair competition law has become the most used and abused statute in the State of California. Recent legislation has been proposed to curb its impact on consumers and small businesses and is being hard fought on the floor of both the California Assembly and the Senate."

"Entrepreneur Radio" is made possible through Entrepreneur Magazine in conjunction with WSRadio; a privately owned company that is the worldwide leader in Internet talk radio. WSRadio states, "The Entrepreneur Magazine Radio Show features top business leaders and entrepreneurs telling the secrets of their success" along with "new ideas and resources that will help you build your greater entrepreneurial success." Recently, the producers wanted to bring a legal slant to the show, which is why they chose such a preeminent legal voice as a future guest.
