Concentration: Fred, a partner in the firm, concentrates in trials of complex personal injury matters. His practice includes representing severely injured plaintiffs in mass torts, medical malpractice, products liability and construction site/workplace injury cases.

Experience: Prior to joining the firm, Fred was a shareholder at another prominent Philadelphia law firm where he litigated a broad spectrum of medical negligence and products liability cases. He is a member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum, whose members are restricted to attorneys who have secured million dollar verdicts or settlements. He has written and lectured on issues relating to trial techniques and evidence. H e has been selected as a Super Lawyer by Philadelphia Magazine. This distinction is limited to only 5% of the legal community in Pennsylvania.

Fred’s work outside of the firm includes his service as the President of Citizens for Consumer Justice, Pennsylvania’s largest consumer organization that seeks to preserve and strengthen patients’ rights and access to the civil justice system. He also mentors high school students through the Philadelphia Futures Sponsor-A-Scholar Program.

Education: Fred obtained his B.A. degree in Philosophy from The University of Pennsylvania, and his law degree at Temple University School of Law.

Membership: Fred is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, New York and Connecticut. He is a member of the American, Pennsylvania, Philadelphia and New York Bar Associations. Fred is an active member of the Board of Governors for the Pennsylvania Trial Lawyers Association.
